• Rangatiratanga.

Rangatiratanga invokes a sense of responsibility to the each other, to the whenua, and to the generations both before and after us. We are invested in the work of leadership that fosters growth and connection to our taonga tuku iho.

  • Manaakitanga.

Generosity, care taking and upholding the mana of others is the centre of our mahi. We strive to reciprocate in our relationships with our kaituhi, iwi, hapū, our organisational partners, and our treaty responsibilities.

  • Kōtahitanga.

We are kaupapa driven and hold as a central concept, the collective aspect of what we do. We are inevitably speaking into community and from community. We have emerged from an AMAZING literary whakapapa that we strive to uphold.
